Due to the expansion of the team, our client is ready to welcome its new member. It is looking for a highly responsible, ambitious and reliable:
BUSINESS ANALYST
Your responsibilities will be:
* Work with the end-users to identify, analyze, document and prioritize business requirements
* Advise business on options, impact and risks; recommend solutions including process improvements
* Validate business requirements with business and transform it in functional specifications
* Produce and maintain functional specifications
* Produce and maintain use case / process diagrams for any new or existing application systems
* Assist technical teams to define and build solutions
* Produce and maintain user documentation (when necessary).
Main requirements:
* 2+ years experience in Business analysis (requirement gathering, requirements validation, writing functional specification for technical teams)
* Degree in Computer Science or Informatics
* Good understanding of different techniques and systems for business process specifications
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Good written and spoken English.
Nice to have but it is not mandatory:
* Good understanding of OOP model and UML
* Familiar with BPMN
