CUSTOMER SUPPORT WITH ENGLISH


On this position you will be responsible for providing customer service over the phone, live chat, and video live chat and via email about questions for the services they offer. You will help the customers for deposits and withdrawals and to have a hand in the testing of new products and services.

The requirements:
- Proven experience in using MS Office;
- Fluency in English;
- Self-motivated, patient with ability to influence positively to others;
- Ability to promote additional services;
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays;
- Previous experience in communication with customer and a gaming/gambling role would be plus but it is not mandatory.
