We are currently seeking to hire a high-energy, committed Profiling Agent with Polish or Greek to join our rapidly expanding telesales team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage, qualify, and profile new leads from the database of companies that had attended specific IT and technical events with aim to produce qualified opportunities
- Interact with and qualify prospects via phone and email
- Detail interactions with prospects as activities and notes in a CRM to ensure effective pipeline management, and provide feedback upon request
- Assist senior colleagues in developing and executing high value presentations and product demonstrations
- Look for ways to constantly improve the processes and the business

Requirements:

- Native level or near-native level Polish or Greek language skills
- Very good command of English;
- Strong communication and networking skills;
- Highly energetic, innovative and proactive individual
