You will be the first point of contact, taking calls, answering emails and responding to web enquiries from consumers. You will have your customer service radar switched on and be ready to showcase your excellent communication skills in order to give each customer a professional and detailed response.

What you need?
Exceptionally customer focused
Ability to communicate fluently in Ukrainian both in verbal and written communication styles
All training will be completed in English, so an advance level of the language is needed as well
Computer literate and ability to navigate around a computer system
Committed to resolving customer queries
Good telephone manner
Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills
