You will learn about our technology and will have the opportunity to collaborate with professionals from around the globe, and participate in the creative process that defines tomorrow’s web.

Responsibilities:

● First line quality support, handling tickets that come in via our in-app chat and email.

● Basic investigating/troubleshooting to arrive at the source of the user’s problem and find a solution

● Follow existing company`s processes and knowledge frameworks, and propose improvements if needed

● Escalate questions to second line support, and use the assistance provided by second line as a learning opportunity

● Proper documentation and follow-up with users.

● Adhere to company’s core principles and policies.

● Take on side-projects to contribute to organisational and team goals.

● Protect confidential and sensitive information (as stated in the Personal Non-Disclosure Agreement).


Requirements:

● User-centred thinking skills

● Effective communication skills

● Be quick on your feet

● Be empathic

● Multitasking is in your DNA

● Possess fluent verbal and written English lanuage skills (CEFR level C1/B2, near native in writing) and level B2 in German/French

● Eye for detail

● Eagerness to learn (more) about product and process changes
