A leading company in the Telco sector with offices in Singapore, US, and UK which offers a smart network utility that combines on-demand infrastructure, automation, web-based portals, and APIs. Their communication services range from network connectivity, co-location through system integration and support to providers globally. For their office in Sofia, Bulgaria, they want to hire


CAPACITY MANAGEMENT ENGINEER


Some of the responsibilities:
- Collecting usage data from the network including ODF Port management and pre-cabling to MMR
- Analysing the collected data and notify the engineering team if any upgrades are necessary
- Provide trending forecasts of network capacity growth, port take-up, and SIP licenses, rack space, and power
- Uploading new ports and new voice numbers to online ordering systems.

The successful candidate must have:
- Experience in working with databases
- Basic understanding of WDM, OTN, SDH, Ethernet, and MPLS with traffic engineering
- Network operations experience from a NOC or Migrations engineer role with a service provider
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to keep deadlines and to work independently with less supervision.

Will be considered as an advantage:
- Data scientist or software development background or education
- Basic understanding of SIP and Softswitch operations.
