SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER


Main duties:
On this position you will be responsible for coordination and planning of the tasks and to control the activities in the department. You will be involved in choice of technologies and system architectures suitable for in-house software development process, standards and architecture principles. You must be able to identify training needs of the team and to propose suitable ones.

Experience:
* 4+ years of professional experience in Java as a software engineer
* 2 years as a minimum as an experience in managing dev teams;
* Very good experience with databases like MS SQL, Oracle;
* Very good English - both written and verbal;

Education:
* University Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields;
