Our client is a UK based company, that deals with bookkeepers, accountants, businesses and individual end users. It has developed a receipt and invoice software that gathers, stores and processes all receipt, invoice and bills sent from their clients and sends extracted data to client’s cloud accounting software or provide them with downloadable spreadsheets. The instant visibility of automated reports and information that is always accessible in real time has proved a huge value-add to the business.

Our client’s aim is to remove the burden that bills, receipt and invoices place on business developing software and service - a combination of automated algorithms and manual work - for data extraction out of the scanned documents (bills, receipts and invoices). A key benefit is that the scanned copy of the invoice is attached and retained for years.

Together with the company we are looking for talented Machine Learning Engineers to join the IT department.


MACHINE LEARNING ENGINEERS


Key responsibilities for this role include:

* Solving challenging business problems by deploying state-of-the-art machine learning pipelines in production
* Ensuring availability, performance, and scalability of our machine learning and data processing platform
* Collaborating with data scientists and business stakeholders to discover innovative ways of using vast repositories of user-generated data


Main requirements:

* Good knowledge of machine learning algorithms and good practices
* BS/MS/Ph.D. required in Computer Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, Statistical Data Modeling or related field
* Strong experience as a Software Engineer and/or Machine Learning Engineer/Researcher

Nice to have:

* Experience in software engineering
* Strong background in Computer Vision, Pattern Matching, or NLP
* Python proficiency
* Experience with sklearn, pandas, matplotlib, tensorflow and keras
