Our client is IT services provider, presented globally, focused mainly on building custom software and web solutions - web design and web development. As a digital marketing agency, the company has a lot of customers from advertising industry. The team in Sofia is in a process of expansion and this is the reason why together we are looking for:
TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
The person who takes on this position will be the first point of technical contact for customer support. Main responsibilities are providing support services and technical guidance to the customer's administrators, troubleshooting advanced media broadcasting software. You will also be responsible for the system maintenance and communication with audio, video, network engineers or broadcast specialists.
Experience:
- Advanced experience with Windows (installation, configuration, registry);
- Excellent understanding of Network (TCP/IP), Database and Storage;
- Previous experience in installation and configuration of server/clients hardware;
- Proficient communication skills in English/Russian languages;
- Experience with Video / Broadcast / Media or File based video/audio formats will be considered as a strong advantage!
Education:
- Relevant University degree or 5+ years of professional experience in the area of software support
