Your main responsibilities will be:
• Assisting customers to choose the ideal car for them via phone, e-mail, chat and social media;
• Providing additional information about the process of booking and picking-up a car;
• Collecting information about the travel after a car is returned;
• Maintaining positive connection with the customers.

They are looking for you if:
• You are fluent in German, Italian, French or Polish;
• You have a good knowledge of English;
• You have excellent communication skills;
• You have excellent problem-solving skills.
