SENIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Your role:
On this position you will preform various technical administration and will be responsible for providing on-going technical support to customers as a point of contact.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience on a similar role;
- Knowledge of HTTP, FTP, SSL and also of client/server model;
- Familiar with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
- Excellent knowledge of English - both written and spoken;
As an advantage:
- Previous experience in tech support for high-availability systems (1st or 2nd level support);
- Knowledge of Ajax, XML, PHP and shopping carts or other eCommerce software;
