Their communication services range from network connectivity, co-location through system integration and support to providers globally. For their NEW office in Sofia, Bulgaria, they want to hire:


NOC ENGINEER


Overview of the role:
You have to respond in a timely, professional and effective manner to customer's queries and service problems. This includes providing assistance to clients with testing and troubleshooting faults, coordination of maintenance actions and staying in touch with clients until successfully resolving their issues. You will be part of the team which provides tech support 24/7 on 12 hours shifts.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in providing operational support in Telco industry;
- In-depth understanding of DWDM, L2 & L3 Networks, Optical layer, Services based on MEF standards;
- Hands-on experience with control switches, Media Gateways, SIP, MGCP/H.248, Voice Compression/Decompression;
- Experience with Dynamic Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF);
- Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field of study;
- Ability to multi-task and communicate in English in a proficient manner.
