Essential functions and job duties:
- Ensure assigned team’s clear understanding and importance of achieving goals and critical objectives.
- Review team performance and delivers monthly performance reviews.
- Create and foster a customer excellence focused environment.
- Plans and manages work of staff, makes decisions regarding pay, performance management, development, employment, and staffing.
- Identify development opportunities within the team and provide appropriate training and mentoring resulting in improved performance.
- Provide required direction to a team of Customer Service Representatives to ensure service coverage and quality contact objectives are consistently achieved.
What will make you successful:
- Fluency in German.
- Team leader experience – Minimum 1 year experience managing a team of 10 or more.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills.
