Software Analyst in Product Management Team - SofiaThis role is responsible for developing products by conducting market and customer research; producing product requirements; determining specifications and working closely with R&D to deliver excellent products to the market.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deeply understand customers’ needs and wants
Produce product feature requirements & specifications
Conduct competitive analysis
Facilitate communication throughout the development process inside Acronis, collaborate with designers, engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to build and ship high-quality products
Reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors’ products
Requirements:
2+ years of system analysis experience in technology sector, namely data management, data protection, systems monitoring, telecom B2B products, enterprise software and services areas
Experience in collecting requirements from customers
Experience in requirements’ creation
Experience with multi-platform products
Understanding of SDLC
Understanding and experience in cloud services technologies is a plus
Fluent English
