Key responsibilities of the role:

Pro-active creation of quotes to B2B customers from the IT industry
Responsible for processing quotes, advising and assisting customers for new contracts, pricing information and resolving queries
Maintenance of accurate customer master record
Performs e-mail follow ups to existing or prospective customers on basic company initiatives
Advises and recommends on product options, add-ons and solutions best suited for customer and their end users
Gathers feedback from resellers on follow up processes and business opportunities through email
Actively communicates with various internal teams and departments for resolving customer inquiries
Generates daily, weekly and monthly reports accurately when needed by the customer


Skills and Qualifications:

1+ years of customer facing experience is an advantage
Strong knowledge in English both written and verbal
Moderate computer and MS Office knowledge
Knowledge of key functionalities of ERP systems is an asset
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
Strong organizational skills and agility
A customer driven approach and good customer management skills
Multi-task and respond to rapid change
