An international company that specialises in gaming and betting solutions. Together we are looking for a professional who will join their team in Plovdiv and will hold the position of:
CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE WITH ENGLISH AND GERMAN
Responsibilities:
- Providing customer support via emails, phone and on-line chat;
- Handling customer accounts, solving problems and providing any further information;
Requirements:
- English (C1) and German (B2/C1);
- Good MS Office skills; Internet user;
- Great communication skills, flexible, reliable and self-motivated person;
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule /work in shifts/, including weekends and holidays;
