Our client is a major web hosting company. Due to the rapid growth and expansion of company operations, our client is currently looking for more people to join our Customer Care teams in Sofia and Plovdiv.You will be the face of the company and the first point of contact with our growing international customer base. You will be providing top-level customer service over chat, email, and/or telephone. Your day-to-day responsibilities will have a direct impact on shaping up and carrying out our mission to not only meet but exceed our customers’ expectations all the way.
Key Activities (How You Will Be Spending Your Time):
45% Troubleshooting website issues
30% Supporting clients with email questions
20% Assisting with billing related inquiries
5% Internal communication with technical, sales and billing teams
