They are excited to grow their team in Sofia, and together, we are looking for an IT Geek who will join the team as an:
IT CONFIGURATION & IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST
As part of a team of software engineers and data specialists, you will be responsible for:
- Configuration and implementation of the E2E process for customers within company’s platform;
- Level 2 support configuration for call support departments;
- Testing functionalities of the platform in line with the requirements.
Successful candidates must have:
- 2+ years of experience in configuration and testing on a system (pref. high transactional systems);
- Experience with SOAP/WSDL/B2B integration systems;
- Experience in writing XSLT/FOP/XML;
- Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence reporting tools;
- Excellent command of English (both written and verbal);
- Open to travel abroad when it is necessary - not so often!;
- A team-player who is passionate about quality and who is able to work in a fast paced team-oriented environment.
Beneficial, but not mandatory:
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS;
- Basic knowledge or experience in JSON/Java;
- Familiar with Java expressions/JAXL – no coding experience is required!
