What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:
• Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations
• Manage multichannel interactions (e.g., voice, email, social media, or chat) to ensure a consistent customer experience
• Develop your skills and learn how to use software solutions that improve people’s lives
• Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients

Your qualifications

You are good fit for the role if you:
Have a high school degree
Have solid communication and listening skills, with the best command of Bulgarian (both written and verbal), a good knowledge of English language
Are customer-oriented, adaptable to different personality types, with a strong sense of providing quality service
Have good PC skills (Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Applications)
Identify other people's problems and find quick solutions
Adapt easily to any situation

Fulltime role with standard working hours Monday – Friday from 09:00-18:00
