If you have:
Relevant academic background
At least 3 years professional experience in the following areas: Card Issuing and Acquiring business, Digital banking, IT Development, Product management, Product Design, Banking, E-commerce or similar
At least 3 years of experience in managing delivery teams
Keen interest in developing the next generation banking apps trough innovation and focus on excellent digital customer experience
Tech and business background and you are capable to lead IT and business activities in product development
Some experience in product development management in AGILE/SCRUM; Experience in working with teams using Scrum (advantage)
Strong written, verbal and visual presentation skills
Creative, efficient, result-oriented and team-player profile

And you would like to:
Lead and manage team of several Agile/Scrum squads of cross functional experts like cards product managers, software engineers, UX designers, DevOps engineers and operation engineers through product design, implementation and acceleration of product performance – end to end
Collaborate with international and local development teams
Create productive working environment that fosters innovation, customer experience and team spirit
Play an active role in setting up and executing card digital products (both Issuing and Acquiring) roadmap
Ensure up-to-date knowledge with the industry trends and inspire innovation through shared expectations
Leverage web analytics and customer insights to identify opportunities and prioritize efforts
