Position Description:
The main focus of Software Development Engineer in Test is to help improve the code quality of a given application under development. The responsibilities of the role are in the area of test automation - functional, performance/load, integration, unit and security tests.

We are looking for a person passionate about quality and that has been exposed to Scrum environment and different domains, has participated in the whole development cycle from requirement analysis to production release.

Job Responsibilities:
Building robust, scalable, and high-quality test automation solutions for functional, regression and performance testing
Building, customizing, deploying, and managing the environment/ test automation frameworks
Investigating, debugging and updating automation code, relying upon of client requirements and change requests
Checking for product scalability, reliability, consistency, and performance
Participating in design and architectural discussions
Developing code for quality automation and maintaining existing automation code
Assisting in developing unit/integration tests coverage of the code
Required skills:
Strong knowledge of Java or C#
Experience with querying languages such as SQL
Experience with Web API’s, REST API
Excellent knowledge of development methodologies
Excellent spoken and written English
Good logic and troubleshooting skills
A significant advantage would be:
Experience with automation frameworks - Selenium, Rest Assured, Rest Sharp, BDD
Experience with performance/load testing tools - JMeter, SoapUI
Experience working in an Agile environment including, participating in sprint planning activities, daily standups, and closing ceremonies
Knowledge in design patterns
Experience in CI
Experience with version control system
