Senior Software Product Manager - Sofia
We are looking for an experienced, self-driven Software Product Manager.

This role is responsible for developing products by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing marketing strategies.

Product Manager has a strong passion for technology and innovation, and can take products from inception to launch. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who is experienced in customer research, business strategy and productizing new ideas. Communication and collaboration both externally and internally, and the ability to translate customer pain points into cutting edge technology, will be key to success in this role. We need someone who can understand the needs of multiple key customer personas and execute on projects of major strategic importance to the company.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as a product manager / system analyst for a Service Provider and Enterprise market
Analyze and understand market & industry competitors
Identify unmet customer needs and market opportunities
Understand product buyers and channel partners and other influencers through direct engagement, market research, customer surveys, etc. to influence scope and drive development
Develop a deep understanding of new customers’ needs as well as wants, make data-driven decisions about direction to grow
Coordinate with the companies’ teams to create a technical vision of the product
Evaluate finished product features
Perform market and competitive analysis
Facilitate communication throughout the development process, collaborate with designers, engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to build and ship high quality products
Write product feature specifications
Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products
Perform product trainings for Marketing, Sales and PR teams
Reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors’ products


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

4+ years of product management/analyst experience in technology sector, namely automation, remote monitoring and management, professional service automation, project management, workflow automation, data management, data protection, systems monitoring, enterprise software and services areas
Experience in market analysis
Experience in collecting requirements from customers
Familiarity with software development process
Experience with multi-platform products
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Good written & verbal communication skills (English)


WILL BE A PLUS:

Understanding and experience in cloud services technologies
Programming or software architecture background
Understanding of the managed service provider and small to mid-sized business (SMB) markets
Understanding of professional service automation, remote monitoring and management, data protection, or storage market: products, players, technologies
