System Administrator (Cloud Monitoring Team) - Sofia
We are looking for experienced IT professional who will become a part of the global team responsible for monitoring platform of Acronis public cloud services. Our job is full of modern technologies and approaches, analysis and creative monitoring solutions which make uptime of production systems better and better.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and develop reliable monitoring subsystem for Acronis cloud services
Configure and troubleshoot monitoring components in Linux environment
Analyze issues and form preventive measures
Share vision and best practices of monitoring with software developers
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of Linux OS experience (setup and configuration)
Operating System Skills related to rpm-based Linux including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, patch maintenance and security
Configuration management skills (mainly Ansible)
Ability to automate routine and develop simple services on Python or Go
Common knowledge of TCP/IP network stack
Ability to learn new services and technologies fast
Experience in Prometheus configuration (https://prometheus.io) will be a plus
Experience in software development will be a plus
Fluent spoken and written English
