Due to the expansion of the IT team in Bulgaria and for a new cloud related project for one of company’s global partners, together with our client we are looking for a:
SUPPORT ENGINEERS - CLOUD OPERATIONS
The company is looking for Junior / Middle / Senior level Support Engineers. As a part of the team the Support Engineer - Cloud Operations will provide tech support by working on software patches and updates. They will also perform changes on clients’ devices and servers and will be involved in internal company's projects.
Main requirements:
- At least 1+ year of professional experience in the IT area – technical support / system administration;
- Practical knowledge and experience with Linux OS;
- Good comprehension of TCP/IP, ARP, DHCP, DNS, SSH, LAN, WAN;
- Desire to work with cloud technologies;
- Good level of English language (B2 level);
- Willingness to work in shifts (24x7);
- Experience with Databases and/or scripting languages would be considered an advantage.
