CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE WITH ENGLISH AND SWEDISH


Main Responsibilities:
You will handle with customer accounts, solve problems and provide any further information, providing customer support via emails, phone and on-line chat.

Experience:
- English (C1) and Swedish (B2/C1);
- Good MS Office skills; Internet user;
- Great communication skills, flexible, reliable and self-motivated person;
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule /work in shifts/, including weekends and holidays;
