RPA CONFIGURATION SPECIALIST
Position summary
Be an integral part of the RPA deployment in Cargill Sofia Center by understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution by engaging in designing, solutioning, developing, testing and deploying BOTS for various processes across functions.

Major Tasks:

• Implement AA process solutions in accordance with standard AA design principles and conventions;
• Identifying and communicating the technical implementation requirements
• Develop various BOTS (Task BOTS, Meta BOTS, IQ BOTS, etc.) as per the sprint requirement;
• Trouble shoot BOTS on a real time basis and fix bugs;
• Creating and maintaining solution and other relevant documentations as per the sprint requirement;
• Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases;
• Case Management, managing and allocating process workloads;
• Supporting the CI & PMO teams in creating the transparency of the ongoing activities;
• Communicating with CI team on software related issues, suggesting improvements and participating with other users in the RPA & Cargill business community;

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education in one of the following fields: computer science, mathematics, engineering;
• Proficiency with Macro & VBA or other configuration/scripting type technology with experience in application development projects;
• An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error;
• Ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combine with an enquiring mind;
• Fully conversant with computing concepts and development lifecycle methodologies;
• Excellent understanding of Excel, its formulas and a demonstrable record of creating macros;
• Excellent motivation skills, being both self-motivated & self-directed with ability to deliver out-comes to strict deadlines and able to motivate others at all levels;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrable record of presenting tech-nical details to a non-technical audience;
• Highly motivated and resilient and able to adapt to change;
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel;
• Experience in other coding practices such as .net, SQL, HTML, C# will be an advantage;
