Responsibilities: 

•Manage the workflow for the bearing production
•Ensure that departments within the organization reach the production goals
•Oversee the quality assurance of the produced goods
•Ensure that all Company's requirements concerning Health & Safety, environmental and legal regulations are followed.
•Develop and continuously analyze actual results versus planned ones
•Promote an efficient and capable processes that meet the customer requirements.-
•Manage manufacturing performances (efficiency, productivity, quality, costs, broken promises, Operating Profit etc.)
•Develop and follow scorecard performance parameters.
•Hire, train, and assess the performance of workers
•Encourage and implement process improvements.
•Work closely with Supply Chain and Engineering Departments.
•Communicate with other departments, such as Supply Chain and Engineering Departments, Financial department, HR department


Requirements:

•Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, (Industrial / Mechanical), Manufacturing.
•Advanced knowledge of English language;
•8 years experience in managing big production site.
•Knowledge of turning and bearing assembling processes will be considered as an advantage.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•Strong leadership skills and ability to manage
