TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST


Your role:
On this position you will preform various technical administration, set ups, analysis and you will be responsible for providing on-going technical support to customers as a point of contact.


Main requirements:
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a technical support specialist for high-availability systems (1st or 2nd level of support);
- Knowledge of HTTP, FTP, SSL and also of client/server model;
- Familiar with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
- Excellent knowledge of English - both written and spoken;
- Willingness to work in shifts (24x7).
