If you have:

Master degree in Economics or in the field of Technologies
2 or more years of experience with electronic channels, internet banking, online sales
Participated in agile projects and/or big digital transformation programmes for at least 2 years
Broad knowledge of banking products
Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
Fluent English
Creative and innovative thinking
Strong communication and analytical skills

And you would like to:

Be responsible for the digital transformation of the bank
Take part in the change management process and be part of the team setting the digital culture of the organization
Track RaiffeisenBank International (RBI) digital strategy and coordinate mutual initiatives within Network Banks Community
Be the linking point of contact between IT and Business Departments in terms of digital transformation topics
Participate in defining and applying a Design thinking methodology for managing Customer and Employee Journeys
Analyze the practices and methodologies connected with implementation and development of digital products and services
