System Analyst in Web Team - Sofia
Acronis Web development team creates websites and web-applications for customers and partners.

Your main duties will be delivering projects requirements and feature, participating in the preparation of UX-projects and UI-mockups.



Responsibilities:

Write projects requirements and feature specifications, participate in preparing UX-projects and UI-mockups
Define feature success metrics and implement analytics for new features
Fill knowledgebase with system descriptions
Participate in projects demos
Closely collaborate with development team: designers, engineers, QA and other cross-functional teams
Be aware of Acronis product line, market structure, channel structure that influence licensing and offering items
Develop a deep understanding of Acronis internal business systems


Requirements:

2+ years of system analysis experience in designing and managing requirements for web-based products and services, incl. websites
Experience in requirements’ creation
Experience in working with project management and requirements preparation tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Gliffy)
Ability to analyze, model and describe business processes (e.g. with BPM notation)
Understanding of system engineering concept, experience in Agile software development process
Fluent English


Will be a plus:

Experience with e-Commerce, CRMs, automation software, customer service software
Experience in data analytics
