We are looking for Team Lead based in Sofia who will responsible for outbound projects.
The person will be responsible for the team and projects, along with basic administrative tasks such as timesheet approval, time-tracking, hiring, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports Project Managers in Sales strategy development and performs supporting management duties;
• Set sales targets and motivate sales team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks;
• Assists with hiring processes, training and coaching new team members;
• Set deadlines and sales goals to team members, helps with team members problems and oversees members work for quality and and guideline compliance;
• Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
• Responsible for preparing and delivering sales reports to management;
• Report on team member performance and mission-related objectives, mission-related objectives and deadlines;
• Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints


Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Sales team leader with Outbound projects;
• Excellent English;
• Great communication and interpersonal skills;
• Willingness to learn and improve;
• Team player with a professional attitude;
• Highly motivated and target driven personality;
• Open minded approach focused on improvement;
• German Language is an advantage
