BIG DATA ENGINEER WITH HADOOP EXPERIENCE


Main Requirements:
- 6+ years background in the IT industry, at least 2 of which in Linux/Unix Administration;
- Solid understanding and experience with Hadoop, HDFS, Hive and Apache spark;
- Experience with ETL and data migrations;
- Strong knowledge in Apache / Tomcat web server, LDAP, SQL or No-SQL databases;
- Bachelor Degree in IT related specialty;
- Fluent English.

Beneficial, but not mandatory:
- Experience in telecom/service provider sector;
- Background in programming and scripting;
- Experience with Cloud-based deployments and Azure HDInsight.
