IT Recruiter (Project Based)
Responsibilities:
• Creating job advertisements and searching for the most appropriate candidates;
• Research and implement new ways of sourcing candidates;
• Providing managers and applicants with HR support;
• Suggesting improvements and taking part in new initiatives;
• Participation in Employer Branding forums and activities.
Requirements:
• University degree in Human Resources, Psychology or relevant field;
• Experience in IT recruitment - at least 2 years;
• Fluent in English - written and spoken;
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
• Presentational and training skills;
