ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR
Job Purpose and Impact:
The Administrative Supervisor will supervise a team of local executive administrative assistants within the Cargill Administrative Services Center of Excellence (COE). We seek a professional with strong leadership skills that will work closely with a team of assistants providing support to leaders across Cargill. The person in this role will report directly to the Global Administrative Services Leader and will be responsible for staff training and workload management, performance evaluations and career coaching, hiring recommendations and onboarding, stakeholder management, and collaboration with office services to improve efficiencies in the way we work.

Key Accountabilities
Supervises, coordinates and provides leadership to and reviews the work of assigned staff.
Provides training, coaching, and professional development.
Interviews and recommends candidates for employment.
Manages stakeholder satisfaction, feedback and inquiries for those supported by the team within the Administrative Services COE.
Conducts performance evaluations and salary reviews for assigned staff.
Collaborates with office services management and other key business partners to improve efficiencies in the way we work.
Works with other Administrative Supervisors across the global organization as well as the organization Specialists in learning, engagement and process improvement to develop best practices, improve effectiveness and efficiencies, better leverage talent and encourage a team environment.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
One year of supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least seven years of experience in related field.l
