LEAN MANAGEMENT EXPERT


Your main responsibilities on this role will be to implement and support Lean transformations in all units and subsidiaries, according to the standards set. You will have to own, develop and provide Lean methodology and to deliver Lean training to the employees in the scope of transformations. You have to be ready to generate ideas and prepare proposals for improvements on specific dimensions.

The required skills for this role are:
- Proven experience in Lean/Six Sigma and/or experience in Agile/Scrum;
- Experience in VBA;
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel on the level of creating macros;
- Ability to analyze, structure and manage a whole change process;
- Fluency in English.
