Our client is one of the biggest software companies and provider of technical support and BPO services - the company plans to expand its operations in Bulgaria.
We are looking for experienced Senior Application Support Specialist with German and English.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Incident management
• Problem management tasks of Application Operations
• Change management tasks of Application Operations
• Release management tasks of Application Operations
• Back-up and recovery management
• Safeguarding the stability of the application
• Ensuring compliance of the production environment and support processes to the rules & regulations of the bank
• Business analysis tasks
• Innovation to optimize and improve efficiency of support and applications
• Optimal use of resources to increase efficiency of service
• Performance of special tasks assigned by senior management or business


Qualifications:

• Very good level in German and English
• Experience with web and cloud technologies,
• Basic knowledge in it security and data privacy,
• Knowledge in SCRUM
• Experience in programing languages and database (Java, PostgreSQL, Oracle etc), UNIX system administration, middleware and web technologies, in IT architect planning (HW & SW)
• Web applications and Application management
•Java script; TypeScript (KnockOut.js), Microsoft SQL Server / Oracle databases / PostgreSQL – also known as POSTGRES
• Microsoft IIS, C#/.Net; ASP.NET MVC, HTML
• Infrastructure and network, Windows / Linux knowledge
• Proficient in Service Management Processes (ITIL)
