Our client is a leading global provider of end-to-end payment solutions, who wants to expand their team and is in search of a:Customer Support with Romanian and English
Your role will be:
• maintaining daily communication with the clients of the company via phone, email or chat
• establishing positive client experience with each contact you communicate
• showing friendly and supportive attitude towards everyone
You must have:
• Fluent level of Romanian and English
• At least 1 year experience in a call center environment
• Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
