professionals who will join their team in Sofia and will hold the
position of:
PAYMENT ACCOUNT EXPERT
Responsibilities:
- Working with merchant accounts on the payment platform and
supporting ongoing queries;
- Collecting and reviewing application documentation;
- Coordinating customer on-boarding and application processes;
Requirements:
- Experience in the field of online payments is desired;
- Proficient (C1/C2) in English ;
- Proficient in using MS Office;
- Able to meet deadlines, work independently and achieve the goals;
- Client oriented, with very good communication and analytical skills,
attention to details.
