Our client is specialized in the acquisition and collection of overdue and judicial receivables from banks, financial institutions, telecommunication providers and other companies. We are currently looking for an experienced Quality Analyst to join their Team in Sofia.

Responsibilities:
Oversee, monitor and be responsible for direct phone contact with customers to verify information submitted by the Call center Agents
Audit and Evaluate of communication with customers call quality using a detailed scorecard
Report and organize the team’s schedule, efforts, and achievements
Perform day-to-day monitoring of conversations and reflected actions in internal software and monitor the performance of qualitative and quantitative indicators in the agents' work
Communicating with team leaders and managers on the quality of phone conversations

We would expect from you:
Practical experience in a Quality Analyst role
Excellent command of MS Office tools (especially MS Excel)
Fluent English is a must
