The Senior L&D Specialist is responsible for the roll-out, organization and delivery of all learning and development activities in our Sofia offices. He/she will be contributing to the execution of the global Learning Excellence strategy and the adoption and delivery of the TELUS International Learning Roadmap programs.

Your responsibilities:

Organize and deliver specific leadership development programs for our Sofia sites
Support the organization and delivery of the onboarding learning programs for our Sofia sites
Identify local business learning needs and address them through effective targeted learning interventions
Design, coordinate & facilitate learning & development solutions
Maintain effective marketing strategies on learning programs and the L&D function as a whole
Maintain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders and external training providers
Ensure the effective use of the learning management system, external learning resources contracted by the company, and other tools and equipment used in training delivery
Our requirements:
Leadership experience is a must, preferably in fast-paced/BPO organization
Excellent verbal and written English language
Excellent communication, presentation and public speaking skills
Previous experience in Learning & Development (at least 2+ years for external applications)
IAspire certification is an advantage (for internal applications)
Passionate about people, their development and growth (Adult learning)
