Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership for enterprise software projects
Provide technical analysis, strategies and estimations on prospect projects
Consult and assist clients and employees in software delivery and technical excellence
Research and follow technology trends
Manage a team of engineers working on projects
Collaborate with the management team to ensure successful project delivery
Project teams leading responsibilities
Build cross-functional and self-organizing teams
Facilitate teams to become high performing
Observe, sustain, improve morale and motivate the teams
Take action to remove strategic risks impeding the teams
Project estimation responsibilities
Аnalyze the business needs and deliver estimates
Help the Solution Architects team with research and development
Negotiate scope in proposals
Job Requirements to consider before applying
7y+ experience in the IT industry of which at least 5y+ with Java technology stack
Proven track record in successful delivery of several projects (5+)
Previous experience in leadership or management role
Excellent spoken and written English
Excellent people skills – demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non technical individuals, both in gathering information and communicating direction and status.
Ability to lead/organize/manage development process for complex software projects
Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills
Experience in architecting, designing and implementing custom software solutions
