We are looking to hire a Senior Software Business Analyst who will work in a team of uniquely intelligent technologists to implement and extend groundbreaking web & mobile applications that make the world a better place!

Senior Business Analysts are primarily responsible for overseeing development for the product(s) that they manage. Taking high-level direction and requirements from the product strategy organization, they manage story breakdown, detailed story specifications, user interface requirements and acceptance criteria specification for all user stories.

Job Description
Work closely with the business to gain an in-depth understanding of customer’s business, processes, and services
Work with clients, Solutions Architects and Technical Architects to capture business requirements
Elicit, analyze and clearly document business and systems requirements
Produce required project documentation
User stories writing and acceptance criteria definition
Support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships with key stakeholders
Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements and assist testers during the QA process
Lead planning and grooming meetings
Work with Project Management team to ensure quality and on-time delivery
Mentor Junior Business Analysts
Requirements
At least three years of experience in a Business Analysis position
Experience with SCRUM development methodology
Experience with Requirements Tracking Tool - JIRA, Pivotal, Rally, etc.
Ability to understand and organize complex ideas into application requirements
Ability to identify risks in the project and communicate them
Technical knowledge is a plus
Excellent spoken and written English
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude and the ability to communicate well with multiple distributed teams
Ability to deal with a wide variety of people, cultures, etc.
Ability to deal with rapidly varying tasks as needed
Team player that can stay positive in challenging moments and create or preserve a great team atmosphere
Ability to assert themselves in meetings, both internally and with clients
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Еxperience working with Enterprise clients is a plus
