A Telecom service corporation with offices in Dubai, UK, US, Singapore, Bulgaria, etc. The company is operating in the field of telecommunications and its award-winning platform is transforming the way global business communications and connectivity are being served. The platform combines on-demand infrastructure, automation, web-based portals, and APIs.
The company has recently opened a new office in Sofia, Bulgaria and together with them we are looking for a very experienced:
DIRECTOR – CENTER OF EXCELLENCE (CoE)
Director CoE will be responsible for proactive 24/7 management and day to day support of the company’s global infrastructure & services, service delivery, and customer experience. You will also participate in the management of people and services across multiple Network platforms & technologies maintaining customer focus and operational excellence across the CoE teams.
Main requirements:
* At least 15 years of professional experience in the Telecommunications;
* Prior in-depth experience in operational senior management in a telecommunications service provider is mandatory!
* Experience in managing large public Networks & service with Enterprise focus (dealing with enterprise customers);
* Excellent Service Management skills and experience;
* Excellent people management skills - communication, teamwork, and leadership;
* Good technical knowledge and background;
* Fluency in English (both written and verbal);
