Acronis Storage team researches and develops highly reliable and highly available software-defined infrastructure for distributed storage (iSCSI, FiberChannel, NFS, Object storage, Acronis Backup Gateway) and virtualization solutions.



Responsibilities:

Develop and support test framework for SDI clusters and services (test design, planning, support and refactoring)
Test design and planning for Linux kernel and modules
Build and deployment system improvement
Continuous integration for all SDI components
Automation of report generation and process visualization for all testing flavors
Communication with developers and analysts


Requirements:

Strong understanding of Linux user space and (optionally) kernel subsystems
Profound knowledge of Python (preferred) or any other scripting language
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies
Good knowledge of algorithms
Good understanding of network stack (TCP/IP, HTTP, REST)
Experience with Agile processes, Git, JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence, etc.
Ability to visualize work results in a human-readable manner
Understanding of the necessity to automate work as much as possible
Experience with popular CI/CD systems


Would be a plus:

Any experience with Go, C, C++
Fluent written and spoken English
Any experience with cloud Storage (S3, Swift) and Computing (Amazon EC2, MS Azure)
