Manpower Bulgaria is seeking for its partner – an established international company in the field of software development for the insurance sector – an experienced Technical Integration Manager with a focus on defect and incident analysis.

Main Responsibilities:
• Technical analysis and evaluation of defects and incidents
• Initiating and tracking escalation processes for critical issues
• Maintaining a defect database with a focus on quality and process compliance
• Coordinating international and cross-functional teams
• Participating in client meetings and preparing detailed reports
• Internal status reporting and communication
• Optimizing processes and tools to improve efficiency
• Tracking defect resolution and re-testing
• Analyzing technical issues related to integration with other systems
• Conducting and extending tests in an integration environment
• Working with tools such as TOSCA, Dynatrace, and Splunk for log and defect analysis
• Performing technical smoke tests
• Defining and monitoring KPIs for process improvement
• Managing deviation processes, including root cause analysis and improvement measures
• Monitoring integrations and test verifications within release cycles

Requirements:
• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management and defect/incident management
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle
• Basic knowledge of Java, JEE, HTTP, and SQL
• Excellent analytical skills and structured thinking
• Strong technical focus and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with MS Office and tools such as JIRA and Confluence is an advantage
• Knowledge of development and testing tools, databases, and programming languages
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good level of German (mandatory)
• Good level of English
