For a leading international company, we are currently looking for:


Technical support specialist - Service center


In this role you will be responsible for:

• Communication with the international service centers of the company regarding their service problems and technical issues, via e-mail;
• Registering, advising how to solve technical issues, sending spare parts;
• Managing of the process for repairs provided by our local service team, and external service providers;
• Preparing the necessary documentation connected with the service process – service records, warehouse requests.


If you have:

• Fluent level of English;
• Technical background or education;
• Customer and communication skills;
• The ability to be a proactive person;
• The quality to be a team worker;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
