Responsibilities
Hiring

Аnalyze the business demand and find the top talent developers
Interview candidates
People

Build cross-functional and self-organizing teams
Provide technical guidance, career development, and mentoring to team members
Solution

Аnalyze the business and technical needs of the client
Research, negotiate and estimate project scope
Delivery

Participate in cross-functional coordination, architecture discussions, and prioritization planning in an agile development environment.
Observe, sustain and improve team morale
Organization

Participate in the management meetings
Define and support company initiatives
Follow the best software development practices
Job Requirements to consider before applying
8+ years of professional full-stack .NET Software development experience
2+ years of experience in leadership or management role
Working experience with Azure or AWS in a production environment
Excellent knowledge of programming concepts, design patterns, and development processes
Excellent people skills - ability to work with both technical and non-technical individuals.
Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills
Understand project planning and the balancing of scope, cost, schedule and risk
Delivery focused, self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude
A significant advantage would be
BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or IT Management
Experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master
Experience in Software Services organizations
Azure/AWS Certified Architect
Experience with Azure DevOps / TFS
Experience with modern front-end framework
