It's a global company operating in the field of telecommunications, WAN connectivity, enterprise access, premium voice, and colocation. The company has offices in countries like UK, UAE, Singapore, US and is offering a smart network utility for its clients. For their new office in Sofia, Bulgaria, together we are looking for:
NETWORK OPERATIONS ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
In this position, you will be responsible to ensure stable and reliable services across the company's global network and to resolve critical and major issues. Part of your main duties will be second & third line support for complex fault resolution.
Experience:
* 5+ years of experience in managing, supporting and implementing L2/L3 network;
* Able to be on call stand-by support;
* Deep understanding of Ethernet/IP L2 and L3 networks and services based on MEF standards;
* Good professional experience in MPLS, VPN/IPSEC, Dynamic routing protocols;
* Certifications such as MEF, Juniper (CCNA/JNCIA) or CCNP or JNCIP will be considered as an advantage;
* Excellent English - both written and spoken.
Education:
* Education or certification in Network/Telecommunications;
