Currently, we are looking for a Quality Analyst with German & English to join our team.

The role of the Quality Analyst is to perform quality assurance audits on phone calls and case logs. The QA will review and grade customer contact events for technical accuracy, compliance to policies and procedures and observable soft skills.

As a Quality Analyst you will be responsible for:
Performing Case, Call and E-mail assessments within agreed timelines
Managing Complaint and Compliment Management System (CCMS) and perform RCA
Delivering Acceptance Tests before live state
Performing Customer Satisfaction Analysis
Producing Quality Reports and providing feedback to the Quality Manager, Team Leads and Coaches
Maintain and Develop Scorecards
Producing Quality Reports in a predefined manner
Face to Face feedback sessions with the Workforce staff (WFS)
Calibrated results within the predefined deviation
Escalate call recording system issues
