Due to the expansion of the IT team in Bulgaria and for a new cloud-related project for one of the company’s global partners, together with them, we are looking for a:
SUPPORT ENGINEERS - CLOUD OPERATIONS
The company is looking for Junior / Middle / Senior level Support Engineers. You will have the opportunity to participate in all stages of the development process from architecture design to development under SCRUM methodology. The main responsibilities will be to work on service request, monitor the patterns and work on improvements. You will support development teams to automate the application lifecycle through build, test, stage and deploy by using best practices
Experience:
- 1+ years of professional experience in the IT - software development or operations;
- Expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems;
- Experience in cloud services and/ or Database administration;
- Desire to work with cloud technologies;
- Good level of English language (B2 level);
- Willingness to work on shifts (24x7);
