Experience:
IF YOU ARE a GURU in PYTHON or another OOP language
IF YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH TEST DRIVEN DEVELOPMENT
CAN HANDLE WITH JAVASCRIPT AND SQL

YOU ARE A FAN TO WORK ON BOTH UI AND SERVER SIDE COMPONENTS
